If your city's collection program is listed wrong — the wrong hauler, or two carts shown when you have three — tell us and we'll research it against your city's own published information and correct the registry. If you work for a city or hauler and want your program's details reviewed, we welcome that too.
To ask what we hold or request deletion, email us from the address you'd like us to act on and say what you want removed. What we store is described in the privacy policy — for most visitors the answer is "nothing that identifies you."
